Servers are not playable

Well all I can say is WHY didn't anyone tell me!!!

I tried to join the CSS server today and it would not let me. I have been doing the server update checks from time to time but haven't joined any of the servers in several months until today and when I tried it would not let me.

I did some browsing and found out that Valve changed the location of where the game loads from inside the game folder.

What does this mean, I have a lot of work to do this weekend to get all 3 of them back online and available to players.
I will start working on them tomorrow morning while at work and should have them done and playable sometime after lunch.
